YOGA CLASS POLICY:

  1. Arrival - Please arrive to class 5-15 minutes before hand to give everyone time to settle in. Set up the mat, props, and yourself.

  2. Cancellation - If you need to cancel, ANYTIME before class, please contact us ASAP. 5 minutes, or days before, it does not matter. Cancellation fee is 35% of the fee of the class. You will be refunded the remainder of the amount once cancellation is confirmed.

  3. No phones in class

  4. Dress comfortably, bring water, bring your favorite mat & any accessories needed for your practice.

  5. Be courteous of other people in class. Be kind, aware of your spacial needs, and polite to new and old practitioners.

  6. When coming to class make sure you are healthy, no injuries you could be affecting with movement, and no illnesses that could potentially spread to others. Also, emotionally healthy to be open to the class and its flow.

  7. Please clean up your area after class.

  8. Allow emotions, reactions, and overall feelings release. Loud breathing, exhales, balance loss, nose blowing, tears, all are OKAY and RESPECTED in the class.

  9. Observe silence and stillness during the ending of the class, if not instructed otherwise.

  10. Come back. Allow yourself this time to be on the mat, in the flow.
