Reiki is a technique that uses energy forces to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage relaxation. The method uses gentle touch or non-touch for healing and tries to improve balance in the body.

Reiki can be done in person or at a distance. Provided will be a place to lie down or sit if that is preferred. You can dress comfortably, set the tempo, and the boundaries for the session.

I am a Reiki Master on diploma. I am trained in Usui Reiki and have all three levels of the education obtained.
